Tony graduated from Masters of Physical Therapy at University of BC in 2011. He has completed several postgraduate courses including Acupuncture training (CAFCI), Dr. Ma’s Integrated Dry Needling, Level two Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy, John Barnes and Stecco’s myofascial release courses.During treatment, Tony likes to provide care taking into account the whole person combining western and eastern points of view. He utilizes manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, and therapeutic exercise to help clients recover and maximize optimal functions. In his spare time, Tony contributed his knowledge and expertise to local community. He was volunteered in a number of local sports events and was invited by FairChild radio (FM 96.1 Hz) and hosted two programs in March 2015 to promote active lifestyle, injury prevention and physiotherapy services. Also, Tony enjoys badminton, snowboarding, table tennis, hiking, travelling and the most important to spend time with his 6-month-old little man at home. Tony is also fluent in Mandarin.

Varinder Puri graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy and in 2009 with a Masters degree with specialization in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He has over 15 years of experience in the hospital, polyclinic and community setting and as a Assistant Professor in a Physiotherapy College. He is competent for treating clients with Musculoskeletal, Orthopedic, Sports Injuries and Geriatric conditions. He has a strong background in helping patients to reach maximum physical, emotional and functional capacity to improve quality of life. He is a highly compassionate professional who is committed to building positive rapport with patients. He interacts well with clients/patients from diverse backgrounds and with his sense of humor and stories he helps to alleviate the worries and tensions of his clients. He has been treating patients with sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, work related injuries and joint/muscle pain and dysfunction. He also has experience in treating patients with chronic pain. Gagan graduated with his Physiotherapy degree from Bangalore, India. He has helped people with post surgical issues, work related injuries, orthopaedic problems, patients who experienced back pain etc. He has experience in working with patients from intensive care, geriatrics , etc. in the past. He uses hands on approach with manual therapy and individualized exercise programs. His goal is providing client centered treatment, educate the patient during the treatment and at the time of discharge. When not working Gagan enjoys photography, travelling, hiking, cooking, dining out and most importantly spending time with his 2 kids and his wife. He enjoys gardening and spends time learning about organic and companion planting. He’s an audiophile and likes spending time tweaking his sound system.

Dr Anna was a professor of University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China,Anna Qiao was a instructor in Oshio Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) College in Victoria BC, CA. John graduated with honors from Vancouver Career College’s Registered Massage Therapy program in April 2019 and received his RMT designation the same year. John has a medical background from his home country which gives him insight into the causes of multiple tissue pains. He also adheres to the principle of patient-centered and can provide deep or relaxing massages depending on the client’s needs. Actually, John had started as a certified body-worker before he enrolled in the Registered Massage Therapy program and gained satisfaction when he helped clients improve their conditions. John is proud to have gained the trust and loyalty of many families ever since his early practice. In his spare time, John likes reading, doing exercises, outdoor activities, e.g. rowing and swimming in lakes and rivers, cycling, hiking, and socce.

Alex is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Alex strongly believes in patient centered care and is devoted to helping patients reach their goals. Alex works together with his patients to help them understand their existing conditions, and develops a treatment plan that will help treat the underlying condition while preventing further injury. In his treatments, Alex utilizes a variety manual techniques such as General Swedish Massage, joint mobilizations, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), myofascial release, deep tissue work, and Trigger point release. John is excited to help his clients reach their personal rehabilitation goals and assist clients in their journey to live a healthier life through stretches and exercise.
